At checkout a number of shipping options will be offered according to your geographical location, i.e. the postal address you provide when creating your account, your IP address, etc.

All items ship from Italy, generally using the Italian Postal Service. If you have specific needs concerning shipping, please contact us.

Shipping options are listed below:

*Priority Post in Italy: Un-Insured
The most economical choice locally. As this option is not insured, customer assumes risk in case of lost packages.

*Priority Post International: Un-Insured
Your package is Tracked but not signed for by Recipient. As this option is not insured, customer assumes risk in case of lost packages.

*Registered Post International: Tracked & Signed For
Your package is tracked and must be signed for upon delivery.

*Local Pick-up:
The recommended method if you are planning on visiting our studio and would like to place a pre-arrival order.

Return Policy:

If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 10 days of the date of receipt.

For Ribbon and Cord: Generally, because all of our ribbon is cut to order, we do not except returns on any ribbon or cord purchases unless the merchandise is defective or we made an error when filling your order.

For Packaged Beads: Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived if you accept store credit in lieu of a refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable. All items must be returned in their original packaging and a copy of the invoice and a clear explanation concerning the nature of the return must accompany the returned merchandise.

All items are inspected thoroughly prior to shipment.
